I’m a linguist (BA, MA & Postgrad), a YouTuber, a language mentor, creator, and traveler. But what’s most relevant to this course is that since I was 3 years old, I have been learning foreign languages. I’m bilingual (Polish and English), and when I was 15, I started learning French. In school, I picked up Russian and German, and through exposure to Czech and Italian, I have been able to understand them. At the age of 23, I started learning Spanish.
As you can see, I have been learning languages all my life, and every learning experience taught me something new about how I want to learn languages and what works perfectly for me.
Since I was 15, I’ve been working as a bilingual Language Mentor, teaching both English and Polish. Naturally, after I’d graduated from high school, I chose English Studies as my university major. On top of that, since I was a freshman at uni, I’ve been tutoring other students in Linguistics. I now hold a degree in English Language and Literature, with a specialization in Linguistics and Translation.
In other words, I know how to teach languages, I know how to learn them and I learn them myself.
And I will share everything I do in my course.
